The apricot white balsamic vinegar goes really well with the chili-infused olive oil the staff recommended. I’ve been indulging in these simple but elevated products since getting them from this store. A gem!

So many delicious olive oils and vinegars to try. They also have jams, creams, and candles. The bottles are all gorgeous. They make great souvenirs and gifts and are wrapped up in cute gifts bags.

A must stop on your trip to Saratoga! My mother and I did a girls trip to Saratoga and stumbled upon Saratoga Olive Oil Co. from a restaurant we ate at the night prior which was serving olive oil from the store. We loved it so much, so decided to purchase some to bring home. The entire experience from walking into the shop, to the endless tastings and everything in between was fantastic! Jim helped us and was EXCELLENT! He was so knowledgeable and helpful making various pairings. We had so much fun and left with a bag full of goodies! I intend to purchase oils from here in the future via their website or if we ever make it back to town. Cannot suggest this shop and the salesman Jim enough! 🫶🏼

What an incredible place. I did not know vinegar could taste so good.The raspberry white vinegar was incredible. I love that they let you sample the vinegar before you purchase. They have beautiful gift sets as well. The Tuscan Olive oil smells and tastes amazing. The staff helped me pick out vinegar and olive oil based on what I eat and cook. I am not local to Saratoga Springs, but I will be placing orders regularly online.

I literally stumbled upon this little shop when I was in Saratoga earlier this year on a weekend getaway. I couldn't believe my eyes (or my taste buds lol) It's a shame I live so far away on Long Island 4 hours away. I would go here every week if I could! They are flat out amazing. The flavors are rich, the consistency is perfect, and their selections are enormous. I'm super happy that they were able to ship my order to me, everything I asked for was there and just as advertised. No self-respecting Italian should be buying supermarket olive oil brands like Bertolli this holiday season when you can get much better quality oils and vinegars at places like this. Support your small businesses!

Great selection. Oils, vinegars, gift packs, salts, chocolates..something for everyone. I have been a customer for years. I make my own oil and vinegar dressings. So many options. Staff us attentive and helpful.

I loved going to this store ( in Saratoga) for years, then the pandemic happened and I was not able to go to the store, in fact it was 3 years before I was able to go again. I can’t tell you how happy I was to be able to be there again. The staff is helpful and so kind. I just loved being there today to pick up my oils and vinegar’s myself. I spoke about this store so often at work that the women asked me to please pick up things for them lol. Thank you to the staff in Saratoga for everything today and thank you for still being there for me, and everyone who loves shopping there to enjoy.

This has to be THE CUTEST little shop. I say little, but they have SO much to choose from. Olive oils, dark and white balsamic vinegars, salts, spices, etc. Even if you don't think you need any of this stuff, just stopping in is an experience in itself. Not to mention, the staff is just absolutely wonderful and genuinely friendly. It's hard not to stop by everytime I go Downtown!
